The hitch and the wiring were exactly as advertised on the website. I used the installation videos for both of the items I ordered and found that the content was spot on and made the installation of both the trailer hitch and the wiring very smooth and easy!
The wiring harness was well made of high quality wire and connectors. The best part was the installation video was clear and accurate. The only hard part was that my 67-year-old hands had some difficulty getting into the tight spaces behind the vehicle trim to make the connections but that's not the fault of the product.
This harness works great. Easy to install. The hardest part was taking the body panels off, but your directions were very helpful.
I installed the Draw-Tite 76128 Hitch, the 118741 wiring harness and the 18144 bracket to mount the wiring plug. You can route the plug through the hole that is provided for the factory hitch wiring (it will fit through, but it is tight) and use the bracket to clean up the install. It looks pretty sweet doing it this way.

I am still very satisfied with the installation as well as the products. They were put to use about a month ago towing a trailer from Central Vermont to Southeast Ohio. That was about 800 miles and absolutely no trouble.
This was an easy install for my wife’s 2020 CRV that is being used to tow a jet ski. I watched the video from Etrailer on how to install it and the tips for removing inside panels to access existing wiring connections was very helpful.
Hitch is working great. Installation went well with no issues - had a mechanic do the install. The hitch fits well on my Honda CRV 2018. Flush with rear bumper so no problem with leg scrapes. Support arms are barely noticeable as they sit up close to the underside of the car.

After a year of use, the hitch looks great and has performed well. A little car wax helps keep it looking new. Have used it a few times over the year.
Overall, this is an excellent product as long as you understand that you’ll need to add a fuse into your fuse box for the Honda CRV hybrid 2024 models at least
The additional fuse was not included in my box. Luckily, I had one from a kit I have.
The local U-Haul guy was absolutely amazing helping me troubleshoot this and he knew about the extra fuse that needed to be added in a video on the site and was able to guide me and adding the extra fusion. If I knew that was there it would literally make this a five minute job.
Extra tip to make removing other panels to remove the rubber outer seal for the hatchback it exposes the little green pop clips. You could easily fit your hand in simply plug-in the connector just like your plugging in a lamp
The grounding wire is there 10 mm just make sure you leave the other ones staying on so you don’t have any other resetting issues
Quality product, easy to install per the instructions and video. Would recommend.

It is acting up again as of about 4 weeks ago. It started making my backup lights flicker and go crazy. Back to the drawing board. This is the second one i have bought. 1st one was another brand that you sold.
Great product at a great price. Only suggestion would be to have a way to connect to the trailer wiring without having it being closed on by the tailgate of my CRV. I ultimately ran the cable into my spare tire compartment and then drilled a hole out near my trailer hitch and installed a grommet. Works and looks great but I had to cut the trailer connector off the T1 harness to dress the wires through my new hole and then reconnect it. The whole e-trailer experience and products were fabulous. I have a hitch and wiring harness that are as good as the Honda hitch/harness for hundreds of dollars less.
I'm just opened up the package and looked everything over and it looks great. I haven't installed them on my car yet, I did install the exact same parts on my 2018 CRV.
Installation is easy. The how to video is a must and very helpful.
I found it difficult to find the wire harness from the car end. It was taped to other wires with brown tape, hidden from view. Also after completing the installation my auto tailgate would not close. I think it was because the ground wire was temporarily removed. I called the Honda dealer who told me to manually close it and try again. It did work again.

Easy plug-and-play installation. Instructions are inadequate but online videos are excellent. I had no problems installing and testing the wiring.
Second time I’ve bought a hitch and wiring harness, first time for 2013 CRV and now for my New 2019 CRV. I installed the hitch myself using car ramps it probably would have been easier with two people but it really is that easy if you are handy with your hands. You just need to take time with the wiring harness as the video suggests. Cost was less than 150.00 for both. My wife got an estimate for her SUV and the dealer wanted 650.00 for install. This was money well spent. Thank you etrailer.

At the end of the Tekonsha wiring install vid it shows that the fuse was already installed on the vehicle. So sure enough, I turned my lights on and BAMB, my fuse was already installed as well.
I used a couple 2x4's to hold the panels back...
The mini fuse included with the wiring harness is the wrong size for the 2025 Honda CRV EXL. The correct 15A fuse should be a low profile mini. Otherwise, you get 5 stars for price and service.
They seem like quality, no fult to eTrailer, but it was a bit of a struggle to get all the panels off to get at the connector. I was thankful to find a video

Great and easy fit. Did it in my driveway with out lifting the vehicle up. I didn’t have a jack or jack stands. Was able to do it fairly easy. Two things though. It makes it a lot easier if you have 2 people to help with install and definatly need WD40 to make for easy removal/install of exhaust hangers.

Installed with no problem, it was an exact fit and worked. After 1 year, its still working with no problems.
